Sebastian "Seba" Perez grew up in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico and has been fishing his whole life. He grew up in one of the biggest marinas on the west coast and has been competing in tournaments his entire life. Seba is widely considered one of the best sport fishermen on the island.
